How do I add my playlist?
Open the App and go to Add Source. Cresta supports three kinds of source: an Xtream Codes account (server URL + username + password), an M3U / M3U8 playlist URL, or a Stalker portal. Paste in the details your provider gave you and Cresta validates the connection before importing.
Where do my credentials go?
Only into your device's secure storage. Cresta has no account system and no server that receives your provider details — the App talks directly to the source you enter. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Why don't some movies or shows have artwork?
Artwork and details come from The Movie Database (TMDb). Adding your own free TMDb API key in Settings dramatically improves match rates and lets Cresta enrich more of your library.
How do the parental controls work?
An adult-content filter is on by default. You can set a parental PIN in Settings — it's stored only as a salted hash — to lock the filter and restricted areas. Effectiveness depends partly on the category information your source provides.
The app can't reach my provider — what now?
First confirm the same credentials work in your provider's own player, and that your subscription is active (many IPTV plans allow only one connection at a time, so close other players). Then re-check the server URL, username, and password for typos. If it still fails, email us the error message.
Which devices are supported?
CrestaXR brings Cresta to Meta Quest 2, 3, 3S, and Pro as a 2D panel first. Native apps for iPhone, iPad, and Mac (Apple silicon) are coming soon.
